You've searched high and low (not really, but lets romanticize it for a second). Burning the midnight oil into the wee hours of the night (not really, either). Crafting and molding, scrapping and starting over.
And there it is - the perfect name. It exemplifies your concept and rolls off the tongue (or around the tongue) like fine wine. It sounds great. It makes you smile. It IS your business.
...And it's parked. By some fool - who was smart enough to think of it BEFORE YOU - who wants some money ($$$) for his/her first mover advantage.
