Why is that when you want to take a vacation, work gets in the way?
Why is it that when you think you could use 1 more hour of sleep, work gets in the way?
Why is that when you just don't feel like working, work gets in the way?

Do you ever give thought to just selling everything you have, moving to some beautiful remote island, living off of your money til it's gone and then just "finding a way" to make it after that? I have that thought at least once a day. Why am I here in this concrete jungle working my ass off to make ends meet? Life is too short to have my view of the world confined to such a small space. We should all be out exploring, seeing the world...saying screw money, screw material things...but we never do. We just keep on trucking like everyone else. It's stupid, but I'm right in the thick of it with ya :)
There's only one problem with that idea:
Selling everything I have won't amount to much HAHA. I'll be back working in, I dunno, six months.

Seriously though, all the time. I'm sure EVERYONE has had those "everything would be so much better if I had _____ and could ______".
Fill in the blanks with: more money and not have to work.
It's OK when you run out of money! Live off the and, people did it for hundreds of years. I mean...would you rather be strugging in LA or struggling in Kauai?
I know it's not really a viable option, I'm just saying...it crosses my mind all the time. Sometimes I just want to get the hell out of here and enjoy the beauty life has to offer instead of getting so wrapped up in superficials.
